PROCured Solutions is delighted to announce its PROBono commitment. Our monthly commitment to helping charities and other third sector organisations access procurement, supplier management & outsourcing support on a pro bono basis. For more information visit our pro bono page...
At PROCured Solutions we're proud to be supporting the me & dee charity with their 20/20 Vision project, to ensure families going through difficult times are able to create forever memories.
Please consider helping to make their vision a reality... Fundamentally, there is still a place for (well constructed) outsourcing, especially where 'make vs buy' analysis demonstrates an opportunity that would otherwise be inaccessible to an organisation (new skills, technologies, processes or even simply aggregation at times). Of course, the hard work then starts - making it a success; requiring the commitment and alignment of both parties (and realignment throughout the lifecycle where necessary)
One size fits all?? Better to adopt a segmented approach to your supplier base and tailor a supplier management program to your specific needs and objectives. What a heavily regulated Financial Services business needs is very different to a Media business that thrives on supplier innovation...
"By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail..." - Benjamin Franklin How are you approaching that next supplier conversation?
